Pudo haber sido mejor Solo hay un solo elevador que lleva del hotel al casino, un caos total! Líneas de 1 hora para poder subir al elevador, lo peor es que por la mañana el elevador se arruinó y tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para poder hacer el check out Las habitaciones son bien confortables

Pleasant Lower level of the sky tower didn't feel safe, seems like lack of security for people sleeping in the unoccupied spaces and youth 'hanging' out, harassing people waiting for the elevator. Ok room, seems refreshed which was nice.

Very Good The tub was clogged with previous guests hair and had not been cleaned. Heating system was noisy and faulty. But staff did respond immediately to our concerns. See photo of bathroom, thats what i pulled from drain. Price, great staff
