Good 私が宿泊した部屋の机などが汚れてきたなかったので、もう少し綺麗にしてほしかったのと、ホテルのフロントの方が無愛想で、もう少しホテルについて説明してほしかった。たとえば、ホテル内でのシャトル電車があったのに、説明してなかった点。 近くにレストランもあり、食事に関してとても良かった。そして、部屋も快適で、宿泊客の人たちが親切だった点。チェックアウトもスームズだったこと。
Wonderful Check in was very busy with only 1/2 the desks filled. It took us 45 minutes to check in. Rooms were very clean, housekeeping does an exceptional job.
descanso normal NO TIENE PISCINA! no nos dimos cuenta de eso al separar la estadía.....Es un lugar antiguo que necesita cambio de muebles (algunos quiñados) alfombra muy sucia (parece que solo la aspiran no lavan) sabanas viejas con heridas y manchas, personal de Recepcion no habla español

Exceptional Absolutely nothing everything was amazing the room was clean the view I had was nice and I enjoyed staying there Very clean and the staff was great . I’d highly recommend this hotel to any friends and family .
Don't know why I keep going back I asked for a late checkout and paid for it. Had a long night and knew I wanted to sleep in. Heard knocking at the door very early. Then another knock an hr later. Then a phone call. There's no communication between front desk staff and maintenance personnel. Oh, the maintenance staff are not shy about asking for a tip. The hotel driver offered to drive my son and I back home. That was nice!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Circus Circus and would stay again. The parking was a little confusing at first. The room had a great view and was close to the location we needed.
