Pleasant Pillows were horrible and hard. No fluff and this was a premium room.
It was good enough. I want to return on Monday. I want a shower, not a bathtub. I want a room more removed from the noisy street. I was on the third floor and it was quite noisy with street traffic. Everything was good enough. Lee, the hotel counterperson, was the best.
