Very Good Room had trash on floor and stickers from linen on the bathroom walls
Pleasant The access the rooms where difficult do to long lines and only 3 of 6 elevators working coming down from rooms would take 20mins. Game area for kids was festival and bright. Games where easy to win for kids

Pleasant Rooms were not ready until almost 415 to check in. Only 3 or 4 staff trying to check everyone in. Elevator line was insane. Location. Room was spacious, clean, fresh looking
Not terrible but not amazing. It took us an hour to check in. They did not have enough staff for the amount of guests staying at the hotel. The receptionist helped us with an upgrade since our room wasn’t ready at the time we asked to check in.
