Terrible. Loud noise and beeping sound all night. Also bathroom shower drain was not working properly
It was okay Long walk from the parking garage, which was a little difficult to find, to our tower where our room was, and this was extremely difficult to find. And we couldn't find any staff that could anwer our questions. Even some of the directional signs were misleading. the room was clean and comfortable

Bad I had booked the reservation for my Mother who was driving through Reno on a long trip, however because I used my booking.com account the name was under my profile. When she arrived at the hotel, they did not allow her to check in due to the name difference and they assured her that if I reached out to management that they would refund the cost of my booking so she could make an on-site reservation. We would definitely not stay here again The front staff is not very friendly, neither and Check in or check out. Not welcoming. The room did not have good presentation. It looked like there was water coming from the bathroom and had gone trough the wall and it was yellow and just had a tape covering it. I liked that it has the arcade for the kids, which was the main reason we stayed there. However it was not worth the stay.

After a bad first impression in line a disorenting walk to my clear and comfortable room 1 the walking from the front desk to the tower elevators. i was advised to exit the property go around the building and enter the tower. there was no signage. 2 tower lobby was cordoned off with makeshift signs 3 no directions to check out 4 misbehavior in check in line it was good valué
