Only stay there Really hard to navigate. The staff was close to rude—the place stinks of smoking. The only thing good about this place was the location.
Bad I paid for an updated suite, the rooms are outdated and uncomfortable. My son accidentally left our bag of dirty clothes in the room. I contacted the front desk, she wouldn’t check the lost & found and told me to file a claim online. I received a notification that they found my clothes- I paid $36 for it to ship 2 day delivery, it wasn’t delivered for 5 days. Poor The fact you can not, and let me say it again, that you can not check in early unless you want to pay extra money. That is wrong. Go to peppermill and you can check in anytime.! It was the perfect location for our venue.
Disappointing hotel 1. The escalators from the parking lot to the front desk was closed and we had to do a ridiculous detour around the casino to get to the front desk which was not okay since we had small children with us. 2. The rooms and the building are completely outdated, with as much as they charge you’d think they could at least paint the patchy areas. 3. Won’t stay here again. Beds were HARD! AC was awful. Made noise and didn’t keep room cool. Tried to up charge us for everything and found out friends paid $20 cheaper by booking at the last minute compared to us booking 6 weeks early! 🥵 Room was $40 but resort fees, tax,etc took it over $100! Wow!! We were on the upper floor

Bad experience My goodness they ask me to add $20 for each room that we stayed the stuff told us that if we add $20 for each room for easy access to all and near to all fun in the hotel my gosh but its not true they put us in far hotel and the old hotel….. that sucks we have 4 seniors and 6 kids the stuff lie to us they gave us a hard time they ask for $20 per room then the room is too far to everything!!!! ??
