Disappointing Our main complaint is about the layout of the entire resort. It was challenging to find our way around, primarily because of a lack of signage in the public areas that gave directions to the rooms and the parking garage. We kept retracing our steps looking for signs. We had to do a lot of walking, and we're getting a bit too old for that.

Avoid THE ROW in Reno! Rewards program absolutely terrible at THE ROW. hotel was terrible! Room was dirty! So many of the machines at all the bars at the row was like 1980. None worked.. gambling In reno us terrible as the rewards program again, worst of the worst.. even if sent 3-4 nights free, will not take them.. Staff at the casino was very nice.. thank goodness! Steakhouse, Roxys was awesome!

I would like somebody to do something about this if it's possible be reimbursed getting another room The whole situation Yes we are trying to get a room and it took us an hour and a half to get into the room then we can have a disabled room because they wanted to put us on the 5th floor which I asked for a disabled room for my mom we got nothing that we promised and had to be out by 11:00 when we didn't get even into the room until 1:30
Never again Bedbugs and cockroaches in sink and bed. Food crumbs on floor from previous guest. Nobody actually cleans
It used to be an excellent hotel, we were disappointed and unhappy. For someone like us who have OCD it was not really a great place to stay comparing to other Hotels that we’ve stayed before. They have to improve the cleanliness and more welcoming staff for the travelers. The pastry shop was good!
Smelly and dilapidated and pricey for what it is. Hotel/environment was dingy, smelly and generally just gross. Overpriced for what it was by far. And 40 dollar “resort” fee for a keurig in the room. Really?? No wifi. The room I booked was unavailable at check in so we got moved to the tower that was old and seemingly abandoned by staff. Room was clean Bell hop staff were fast and responsive but all other attempts to reach a front desk person was unproductive.
