We won’t be coming back. The WI FI worked intermittently, beds were too firm, room was dingy and there were crumbs on floor like it was not vacuumed and when is the last time the carpet was steam cleaned. Carpet throughout building was very dirty. The view from the room was nice.
Not good at all They put us up in the sky tower and the elevators would not work with anyone’s keys we had to keeping trying other elevators, we had to walk a long way to even get to the room! The bath tub plug dud not work the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall toilet paper was on the sink to reach. It’s sad they raised the price so much just because it was a week end! Not impressed at all. And additional price added after we booked online is not right either. It was easy to find and clean and staff was friendly
Fair
Fair South tower is harder for elderly to navigate and travel from tower to casino, i.e. (the stairs and lack of maps or directions). Clean and well managed.
Fair Very confusing to find out room in the "tower". Had to lug our luggage all over since the shuttle was out of service. Convenient in Reno
Horrible. Seemed unclean, homeless people on drugs in halls of hotel, hard to find staff We had to wait two hours to check in. 100 people in line and two or three staff and this was at midnight with kids. The electronic kiosk did not work. Breakfast at butterworks was good.
Bad The staff doesn't return your call. And I don't like the new requirement of opping out that they didn't tell us to clean our room. I will never come back to this circus circus ever again. It was a stinky hotel smell like a lot of smoke.
Disappointing, definitely MANY tiers below Vegas. Room 1628. Water dripped down from AC unit above us and created a pool on the window ledge in our room. Lots of water damage indicates this has occurred for a long time. No fan in shower has resulted in moisture damage. Extremely dated throughout the hotel, needs complete overhaul. Location was ok.
Will never stay here again Did not like using the kiosk for check in. Reserved a king room was given two queens. A lot of the employees were rude and not very helpful.
