gross it’s just dated, old, and gross. the musty room smell was almost unbearable. the mattresses are so old. shut it down if you can’t update. just yuck. we paid a ton of money and the hotel is just old and gross.

It was adequate. The billing procedure is too complex. They should more up-front. Great location.
More than likely won’t stay at circus circus again. confusing. shuttle was down. wait for elevators. waited 10 hours to get a rollaway bed and had to call 3 times. no room service. parking garage was confusing and dirty. charges one too many nights for rollaway bed. on the strip. next to silver legacy. games.

Not a happy camper... The employee's at check in were rude and I didn't understand why I paid for the room but I still had to put almost 300 dollars worth of deposits and fees down for the room.The bed was hard as rock and I already have a bad back,my husband slept in the chair because the bed was so bad.The shuttle was running and the walk from the room to the arcade-food court was so far and I barley made it being disabled and not 1 person asked if I was ok or needed help and alot walked by me and I know you can tell I was... read more
OK room, lousy restaurants. The restaurants. The food quality was below mediocre and seriously overpriced. At El Jefe for dinner, my enchiladas were cold and flavorless. The tab for three: $90. AT the food court, Panda Express food was also cold, and I forget the price but it was more than usual for Panda Express. There were long lines for breakfast at both restaurants serving it, and when we finally got into Miss Buttersomebody's Curious cafe, the tab was $44 for one omelet and a bowl of otmeal plus two coffees.
