Disappointing
Poor Stinky, dirty and outdated rooms. My girlfriend inspected the bed as soon as we arrived and immediately spotted several curly black hairs on the white "clean" sheets...the sheets definitely didn't appear to have been changed. We don't know if she picked it up at Circus Circus or not, but my girlfriend discovered she had scabies a couple days after we left. Beyond price, and guests certainly get what they pay for, this place has nothing to offer.
we had fun in the cisinos. love to walk the river. but booking.com made check in a mess. no tram to rooms. no room service, no one to help get things to our room. rooms very far from parking, but clean room, but no one showed up. I got an email saying I could check in early, with no fees. Wheb I arived they wanted to charge 22.00 fee to do so. Not cool booking.com room was nice.
Won’t be back. Front desk was rude and unhelpful. Won’t stay there again, with so many options around. NO POOL?? Liked the arcade
dirty and for the under thirty the room was gross and the shower was one of the worst ever. we went for the arcade and that was ok but the rest was not so good.
Not impressed at all! The parking garage was sketchy. The hotel was smokey, and dirty. Our room smelt like chemicals, the toilet paper holder was broken, the bathtub wasn’t draining properly and the electrical outlet did not work even after pushing in the GFI test button. The restaurant choices.
Fair Was good except for the fact that we were in the sky tower. We are in our 70s trying to get luggage and bowling balls back and forth without a shuttle
