Very Poor The first time since the 1980's I stayed in a room with no microwave. Had to throw $40 worth of food that we precooked just for this trip because we couldn't heat it up. Not appreciated. Room should have come with following warnings: a)You will be walking 3 miles a day to get from your room to your chosen parking place. b)If you wish to eat decent food, bring your own microwave. Had a tv.
very uncomfortable Bed was very uncomfortable and unable to sleep. the tram to get to Sky Tower was out, due to weather. Yet it was sunny and clear. So we had to trail up and down stairs to get to our room The easy checkin
I will never come back. Gaming was awful, there were bums outside of the hotel and it was very unsafe. They have a monopoly where they are. The room was a typical hotel room. We were expecting a little more for the amount paid.

Fair There was no shower pressure
Troublesome I was put in the sky tower and I was transporting bowling equipment. There are no ramps where there are stairs. It made it difficult to travel back and forth with luggage and equipment. No smoking in the room so I had to walk forever just to smoke a cigarette. Not a pleasant experience for me at all. Cheaper than the other hotels around the area.
It was good enough to go back but do things a little different. the distance to the room and waiter’s are mean because the way you look so they don’t come to you. They are only looking for people that look like they have money. That’s wrong. When I finally got one an tip her 5$ then she will come a few times but I have to try hard to get them to show them I have money. I’m there to spend money. everything was nice and clean. Most of the employees were nice.
The reservation for 4 rooms was inadvertently entered on the wrong dates, and hotel would not change
