Not worth the money for not really luxury. No valets and no sign saying that, they also had half the lot closed for valet parking.? Why? The room was OK at first glance. I had to pay extra to stay there and after looking the fire alarm was only half hanging, no fan in the bathroom, no microwave in our luxury room. The air conditioner were so old and loud. The hotel should give you ear plugs and warn you, you can hear everything from the parking lot across the street to street level. I heard tires screeching half the night. T... read more

I’m sorry but I expected more…….. The hair dryer in my room was broken. When I took a shower the water in the tub wasn’t draining fast enough and I ended having to stand in about 6-8 inches of water. There was a fingernail clipping under the bathroom vanity and it wasn’t mine. Gross! Was the room cleaned and the appliances checked before my arrival? Nope! The staff when I checked in and out was awesome. The bed was comfortable.

the only good thing about our stay was the room.. this is not a place for senior citizens.. too much walking.. didn’t like all of the walking.. I wore my Fitbit and we walked 2 1/2 miles just checking into our room…it was very confusing to find registration, find our room and find a place for dining.. will never stay there again! our room was nice, clean, and spacious.. bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was great..
Horrible room. Horrible service. Hour long wait to check in at the check in. Then discovered the room they had given me was a cave with no window and was filthy. It was getting late and I didn't want to wait in line to change rooms so called housekeeping. The housekeeper arrived angry, gave no acknowlegement or apology for the mess, huffed around the room while doing a cursory wipe down of soiled surfaces and then refused my request to vacuum the dirty carpet before storming out.
