Disappointing
Disappointing It was very rough lots of down and outs hanging around. Very long walk from reception to rooms and lots of steps not ideal with cases. Free airport shuttle
Poor When I arrived I waited 90 minutes in line to check in to my room. When I got to my room there were literally no beds in it. It took another hour to get in touch with staff to get another room. They finally got me into another roo., which was fine. But I arrived exhausted around midnight and was not able to actually lie down until 3AM. I had to be up at 7AM the next morning. They gave me only $30 off. So I paid $150ish dollars for a bed that I could only sleep in for 4 hours. Good location. Hotel shuttle was convenient.
disappointing pillows loud
I was traumatized my a racially charged incident at the hotel. A hotel Safety Officer “fake” arrested me (a black guest of the hotel) as a joke in front of other guests. It was embarrassing, humiliating and traumatizing experience. I have reported this incident to authorities and there has been no response from the hotel. Not a pleasant stay. I apparently got an up grade, the room was very dusty, The coffee pot was dirty I cleaned it before use. The location was all.

Horrible... There was roaches in the room There was roches in the room when I asked for a refund for the disgusting room I was told they can only refund me 100 dollars out of the $500 inpaid for a disgusting roach infested room
exhausting The AC was incredibly LOUD. The coffee maker didn’t have the correct coffee which really sucked after not sleeping well from the ax until being so loud Room was clean, beds were comfortable
