Rooms very clean spacious and rennovated. Smell in hallway delightful. Shuttle out of service Distance to Silver Legacy and directions to NABC Bridge Tournament confusing and lacking details at Regisration Heat did not work well. Blanket too thin and no extra blanket in room. Bellmen very helpful! Great views, wonderful beds.

Want my money back They charged me 80 something bucks for a cancellation fee when they are the ones that would not except my prepaid card they are a cheat and a scam. Never will I walk foot in there again Never got the room
Poor No good Nothing
Won’t be back Everything Room frig was filthy, had to clean prior to using.. room was dusty, stains in carpet. Did not feel clean. Went to the food court to have a bite to eat after driving 700 miles, it was unbelievable. Trash piled up where you bus your tray, a 2 foot high pile of trash at both bussing stations. Dirty tables trash on floor etc. requested a supervisor from a security guard, Ken showed up. Not his area but did get someone to clean it up. Not friendly or very concerned.

Nice Room, with Problems Including Service 1. Freezer continually leaked water into the fridge. 2. On second day showerhead developed a loud buzzing noise for the rest of the stay. 3. Mar 15: Left room 9 AM, returned 6:30, no housekeeping. I called and they sent someone up, just had them do the basics like replenish coffee and empty wastebaskets. 4. Mar 14: couldn't get Room Service. Supposedly there was a book with menus in room...but not. So I called twice and couldn't get a live person to answer at the Key Tower Reception... read more
