The pits. See above Front Desk Reservation COULD NOT tell us how to park, unload, or even get to the adjacent property. New Bell Man, wandering staff, NO ONE. FINALLY CORNERED A SECURITY GUARD WHO WAS ABLE TO DIRECT US to our room. Worst possible "service" EVER in ANY hotel world wide.

Over all it was an ok stay, not worth the $$ The facility need an update, elevator floors are falling apart. Doors and walls in room could use some TLC. Staff is very help full and friendly!!!

So disappointing. The whole place was dirty and out dated. The room was gross with stained carpets and mildew in the shower. Don't waste your money. Price is low.
Poor restauants. Wife is gluten free. Non of the restaurants in all three casinos have a glutin free menu. When she ate something that she guessed was glutin free it wasn't. She was sick most of the time. Vacation was ruined. room was good.
