I lived in Citi Gate for just over 8 years, overall a really good experience experienced no personal property damage, and generally a pretty safe community for the most part. It’s apartment life, what can you expect it’s going to be transient and noisy from time to time... parking wasn’t an issue for me. I leased the optional garage with covered parking. However a definite improvement in residential services since Bell Partners took over property management. Inez and Ally were super cool and good to work with during my stay... read more
We have lived here since 2014. I want to thank Ally for being so gracious and going beyond management and calling to do a wellness check on us. We had changed cars and she was concern that our car had not moved and she called to ensure that we are well. My husband and I really appreciate her modest, gracious, kind thoughts.
