I have been living in Citigate for almost 2 years, my experience has been 8/10… there are things that should be improved such as the trash valet, cleaning and gate access (working at the date of this review) but in general everything has been good. Thanks to their maintenance team which must be rated separately with a 10/10. Matt, Rob and especially Edwin have been super friendly and have helped every time I have needed it. I would like to list and say more things but I think those are the most important to mention.
I have to thank Sara Gomez who helped me with moving into my new apartment. From the moment I contacted her, she was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful. She listened to preferences and found me the perfect apartment. Throughout the entire process, she was always available to answer my questions. She made the entire moving process seamless and stress-free. I truly appreciate her expertise and dedication.
I've been living here for almost 3 years now, and when I tell you every time I have had an issue, it has been resolved. From the front office to the maintenance team. Sarah , sara , nastascia, Edwin, Matt, and Robert. They also have fun activities for us residence to interact with other.
My husband and I just moved in here and it’s a nice community! Sarah was with us every step of the way and was super prompt with responses and getting things taken care of in a timely manner. She has been awesome throughout the whole process! Thank you for all your help, Sarah!
Let me start by saying they punish people for putting reviews like this one so take the overall rating with a grain of salt. There are so many places that are way nicer, less expensive and less problematic. Security. Trash. Noise. Broken ceilings.
