Melissa, Nicole, and Brandon were all hands on deck. We got it all done for a move from out-of-state in less than 24 hours. We got all accounts activated, and online account info was sent to us. So efficient! Such a great service and help. Moving is stressful and they made this part a breeze. Never used a service like this before but so glad I did.

Efficient and courteous service. The only hiccup was not receiving login credentials for my electric account before I needed them, but Melissa promptly replied to my text even though it was Saturday. Wish we could use existing Verizon account
