I asked them what's the most amount of funds SSDI CAN award an SSDI recipient by statute (law) and they told me it's confidential information. My reply was that it's public information and that if you don't know the amount you're not QUALIFIED to represent anyone.
Company is a scam they call multiple times a day to help my wife get more benefits from SSI , my wife is not on SSI and never contacted these people . DO NOT TRUST anything they say any company that harasses people like this cannot be legit not only that they call from multiple numbers that do not show on caller id no reputable business operates this way
they have someone who is not very professional, I was hung up on didn't give me any specifics about my ssdi claim, probably thinking I'm mentally disabled and can't comprehend the details,and for them being my representatives I can't get a full name, only shysty people don't give out there full names

This is a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! If you're having issues with social security, just get a lawyer. This company repeatedly calls with a spoofed number with a robocall stating that I have inquired about social security benefits. I have done no such thing. They offer an option to be removed by pressing 1, but it doesn't stop the calls. This time I stayed on until I got a human. I spoke to "Joy" who had a callback number of 781-816-9995. They have people from other countries demanding all your info, especially your banking info. This is not a legitimate company!
poor customer services .no want to work in my appeal from the judge decision. one year and fews months wasting my time
Crap company who spams people with autodialers and does not check Do Not Call lists. FSSA can do their own disability work here. They don't need this advocacy group. What's the revenue stream here anyways? Bilking people and being a middleman?
they did nothing had to go to court did not meet my lawyer till 5 mins late to court so I believe I didn't get a fair trial went to higher court if it wasn't for me calling twice a week I'll still be waiting for 14 more month just to find out they denied me now I have to start all over again this time I'm not using Citizens Disability 3 years down the drain
