Do not use this organization. I have had a ssd claim open with them since 2015. They did not perform their duties with any thought as to how their client, being me, should be respected. They never completed any of the ssd paperwork, including obtaining medical records, to satisfy ssd. I was denied numerous times and when my claim has to now go to civil court they have dropped my case. Really. Not very professional. I am going to persue suing this establishment. This company is terrible. Would not recommend them at all. They state they call to give an update and there is no record of any calls. Did all the work ourselves. They say they're out to help and that's their only goal. LIE. They want their pc of your backpay if you get approved. Contacted BBB. Supervisor is disrespectful and would not let me speak. my opinion there lazy don't do what you're supposed to do had to do 95% of my own work they ended up getting $6,000 out of me and now they're trying to Bill me again for medical papers that I originally provided to them their attorney in my area contacted me once never heard from that attorney again day of my court some other gentleman showed up who was really nice but I had no idea who he was had to do all my own leg work not cool not happy with them at all wish I had never use them

Citizens disability screwed me by taking money from ssd case and paying themselves and instead of forwarding rest of money to me, they rturned balance to ssd over a year ago. Never notified me or contacted me about any money.
They have a phantom call center that has called me no less than 25 times. I own a business and have a full time job, contacting my attorney as I've asked to be put on the do not call list multiple times
There is no way legal they could have gotten my information to send me a packet with my social security number on it and my new address. The ONLY ones I have given it to is the social security office. Do not trust them! Called to get information on how they got my name and I got the run around.
They’re lazy, and when you go to your hearing regarding your appeal, you are pretty much on your own because the attorney that they send regarding your case, they don’t defend you, they know little to nothing about your case, I was my own lawyer because I did all the talking. Even though I won my case, I won because of me, not because of Citizens Disability.
