***************************** handled all of my concerns with a very professional attitude. He was able to understand from the beginning I was upset and frustrated. It was not with SSDI I have been dealing with VA issues for a long time. He guided me through the entire process and no matter how frustrated I got with my PTSD he remained calm. He did a great job and definitely deserves a little more than a pat on the back.
