Considering the questions I had to answer and the fact I did not have exact dates for older jobs and that I kept asking the agent to repeat herself, the agent was exceptionally patient and explained things to help me get through it all, the experience was exceptionally good. I had a wonderful experience. I spoke with a gentleman named ******. He was very polite. Very patient reassuring me that this was not a scam and that they were truly there to help me. Hes an amazing worker that stayed professional.
