I spoke with *****. She was a delight to speak with. She in turn complimented me for being as knowledgable about information I was able to provide. We had a nice conversation and she was able to answer any questions I had. She was also very patient while waiting for me to gather my medications so I could inform her of all that I am taking. ***** deserves a pay raise.
