no one ever answers the phone here. last time we put our dog in their care I was watching the videos and noticed my dog being bullied by another dog. I tried to call and ask for them to be separated because the attendant in the room was not paying attention. I could not reach anyone. this is a common theme with this location. we have used other locations and they are friendly, attentive and care and remember your pup. it is worth it to drive to a different city bark.
