My golden retriever was returned to me having bled from his head, they seemed to have washed it and ruffled his fur to cover it up. He continues to be in pain and no one ever called to tell me what happened. He was harmed and injured so badly that I cannot pet his head without him whimpering in pain. This place is horrible as are the people who are supposed to care for our pets. It truly makes me sick to my stomach.

Unprofessional...unorganized. They had no record of my dog this morning after completing the required assessment on Monday. Then they took her and locked her in a cage. She never once showed up on a web cam for playtime! Never again. I had my husband go get her. so disappointed.

Wish I read all of the recent reviews you find on various websites. This is the most unprofessional, disorganized facility I've ever used. I’ve only been taking my pup there for the past week and a half and so far all of this has happened: Even though you fill out an intake form and his name is LEVI, they still call him a female – every single day, with various employees – even though they know his name When speaking of an accident that happened that day, one employee asked how old he is. I'm writing this review out of SERIOUS concern so this does NOT happen to any other poor animal. My dog was left in ISOLATION (24 hours a day) with only a hour and a half free time out of the concrete box.. for a matter of 8 days WITHOUT notifying any family members. We soon learned this when we picked him up and the poor Golden was shaking so obviously something was wrong. Please do not use this facility. You hear of the horror stories of dropping off your dog in a place like this and you hope it would never happen to you. My dad’s super sweet golden retriever was brought here for a week. When we picked him up he was literally violently shaking. On the first day he humped another dog, because of this he was immediately placed in isolation. But they never notified us. I easily could have had him picked up. My boys love when I say wanna go to day care?? And they literally will just start whining until the attendant takes them inside to play!

My daughter worked for these folks and I am seriously concerned about their training of employees. On the job, she was bitten by a dog and had to be taken to a clinic. Her manager admitted to my husband that it was "her bad" as she had failed to train her. About a month later, they fired her, accusing her of pulling on a dog's collar to break up a fight. This was untrue. Another employee actually pulled on the collar. I have asked to see a video of the incident and they will not provide this. I have never before left a revi... read more

I would not take my pup anywhere else for boarding and/or day care! The manager’s No. 1 concern is for the welfare of the animals. If your four-legged friend needs a home-away, look no further than City Bark Littleton.
