Life at City View very friendly and I love the floor plan of my apartment, not the usual step into the kitchen,
Long-Time Resident I've lived at CityView for 15 years and love my apartment. It's spacious and comfortable. Also convenient to NKC shops and businesses and to downtown KCMO. The trees and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The maintenance staff is the best I've ever seen and the management and office staff have been friendly and helpful. Beautiful, peaceful and comfortable property I recently moved in and have had an exceptional experience so far. Move in was easy. Communication great. And the property all around is beautiful. Love the pet friendly community and happy i chose cuty view to call home

Not too bad Lived at City View for four years and just upgraded to a two bedroom apartment! Great location. Not too far from the city but far away enough to not hear all the noise.
A nice place to live. We've lived at CityView for over ten years and love our apartment. It's a beautiful place, with lots of green space and very pet friendly. The managers and staff are pleasant and helpful. They've always worked closely with us to resolve any issues. CityView is convenient to restaurants, entertainment, and services in North Kansas City. We highly recommend this apartment complex for those looking north of the river.
