They lost my lease and told me to pay $150 extra for a month to month charge even though they lost my lease. The doggy poo station is constantly over flowing with you know what. There has been snow on the ground for 48 hours and nobody has plowed or shoveled the property. Customer service in the office is terrible - your complaints are often met with a dismissive attitude by whoever is working behind the desk. The new management has completely dropped the ball.
