RecommendedWe moved from Georgia to NC for my husband to participate in Duke’s lung transplant program. Signed a 6 month lease, which I was able to extend without a problem. Really nice apartments with premium upgrades and creative social opportunities for tenants! I was impressed! Caring sales, management and maintenance staff. The apartments are well made, well laid out, and conveniently located. The landscaping and maintenance teams are great and on the ball. The administrative staff in the office are very pleasant and helpful. I would live there again in a heartbeat if I needed to be in Durham. I give them an A+ rating. Dr. Don Lewis

I have lived here a year and decided to wait to do my review. It is close to the hospitals and schools so the location is most convenient. The staff - they are great from the ladies in the office to the maintenance people. I have only made a few calls and have had every issue dealt with quickly. Kim even watches my dog while they are in the apt when I am working. The pool is great - never crowded and very nice, I definitely enjoyed the summer. I rarely hear my neighbors through the walls.
