During May 2023, before my lease was up, employees of the Clairmont at Hillandale leasing office went into my apartment and divided my belongings amongst themselves. I had given my intent to not renew my lease in March 2023. When I arrived to my apartment after being away for work May 19, 2023, the only things left were the things in the pictures attached. If I had to rate Monet Gilliam alone, the rating would have been an overall 5 stars. Because of the circumstances that lead to our delayed possession of the apartment we cannot honestly give it an overall 5. I do rate Ms Gilliam an overall 5, because of her dedication to keep trying to get around the delays. I am very ill and needed the apartment as soon as possible. I’ve been looking forward to live here a few months ago and yesterday I was so delighted because finally did move in to my dream apartment. Special thanks to Monet Gilliam as she was of great help and very accomodating from day one to my move-in day. I couldn’t count how many times my friends and I would come to the leasing office and she would patiently show us around the neighborhood, check our preferred apartment styles and answer our series of questions. I greatly appreciate all you did to make the process flow smoothly during my hectic work schedule. The property is gorgeous and very well maintained!
