My eye caught the portions people were eating at the common area. It looked quite delicious from afar. I got the crinkle fries and the chicken bacon ranch. Overall, the burger was good but I didn't enjoy the chips much. The service was slower than normal the day I went but it could be that a lot of people were there. I got a coupon for a milkshake though. Good for me. I loved the bright red lights of the sign too.

Clancy's is located in The Garage Food Hall at The Bottleworks District near downtown Indianapolis. It is a nice option to have for some of the pickier eaters amongst our group. We visited recently and my very cute and spoiled niece just HAD to have one of their milkshakes. Whatever Baby wants, Baby gets!!! Service was fast and efficient. We were in and out of there within two shakes of a lamb's tail!

the staff here is the best staff in the entire food court. they are consistently the busiest vendor and they're always so patient and i've seen them deal with some real difficult people. my food is always fresh and delicious. the onion petals are fire

I could have eaten at any place at The Garage food hall, but because I was in the mood for a hamburger I chose this. I found it to be mediocre, especially for the price I paid. They didn't even offer refills on drinks. But oh well. Not saying the burger was that bad, but I thought it could have been better.

Great no-frills burger shop at the Garage. I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink. The cashier was very friendly and my order got cooked and served quick. The burger tasted amazing. They have "smash burger" style burgers. The fries were really good, too. It all really hit the spot. This is in the garage so it is a very busy atmosphere. But there are plenty of places to sit and different food options for everyone.

When I arrived at the counter I was first in line. One person was taking food orders and hand delivering to customers. I saw one person in the kitchen doing 100% of the work and another person in a black uniform sitting/standing, doing nothing. The printer broke that prints tickets for the kitchen and the only person taking initiative to fix said printer was the front counter associate.
