Located inside the Garage Food Hall at Bottleworks, Clancy's brought back the nostalgia for me. First started in 1965, the year I was born, I grew up enjoying Clancy's due to my family's mad love for the place. If I remember right, it was a Plainfield location - or it might have simply been on Rockville Road. I can still remember the building and the burgers. Clancy's have been around since the mid 60's so they must know about serving good food to last for that long. This location is located in The Garage in the Bottleworks aka former Coca-Cola plant. I ordered the cheeseburger and it was VERY good! The vegetables on it were crisp and the cheeseburger was cooked just right and the bun looked like one you see on a commercial with the perfect golden brown buttery shine to it. Good solid burger! I was excited to go checkout The Garage food hall in the Bottleworks District an I ended up trying this place. The burger was very good. It was about a half an inch thick with a nice solid beef flavor and a nice sear on the outside. Lots of toppings to choose and some upgrades for a dollar more. The chili cheese fries were the bomb! Lots of meat in that chili which was very nice to see. The fries were crinkle cut and piping hot out of the fryer. I plan on going back to try the flattop franks or their grill... read more

Gave this place a shot tonight and we will be back. Smash burger style burger (in my opinion, the best kind). We tried just a single cheeseburger, a beyond burger and chocolate shakes. Loved every bite. The buns, idk how to describe them except they looked like a perfectly golden, tan, buttery bun. Like what you see in commercials but never get in real life, well this one is real life. I would compare to shake shack (that is a very high compliment). Can't wait to try their cheese fries and hot dogs next!

Nasty, small chicken tenders undercooked. Rude staff. I paid $33 for a cheeseburger, fries, chicken tenders and 3 drinks.

We purchase a clancys topper hamburger. Big disappointment, the bun was stale and the meat was not up to par, the chilli fries were also a complete failure. Will not recommend it.

i went to clancy's for the first time this evening to try and challenge myself by listening to my cravings for a burger. i see the reviews online and i think it's gonna be great. i was wrong. the burger had no taste. and it for sure was not the 1/4lb burger that i saw advertised all over the website. it was a thin patty with no taste, no seasoning. and the fries were soggy. on top of that. when i ordered my food, it came out quick. but it took forever to actually receive the food in my possession from under the heat lamp. i ... read more

The cashier attitude was so trash. The food was horrible. The bread was not fresh. I returned the order and she said this is how our bread taste so.... It was horrible... will not return. Im gonna stop eating out because I'm getting more bad service than good.
