I have no complaints with Clarity. So far, *** has helped us. My concern was two threatening letters from Military Star Cards. My husband and I have two separate accounts with them. The letters threatened to offset/garnish our SS Retirement if we do not agree to a repayment plan with them. Of course, this totally alarmed me and I contacted Clarity a second time today. ****** was more reassuring than the other person I spoke with. In the beginning it would have been helpful if someone had taken the time to go into detail about how you negotiate with creditors and explain details about the settlement. Also, more information about ******* would have been helpful. I dont like being contacted outside the company that Im currently dealing with unless given a heads up by Clarity.
