When I first called I thought it was for a loan, found out it was actually a debt consolidation program. I pay a monthly fee and I don't pay the accounts on the program, basically they go into default. Not really happy about that part of the program to be honest. But they have settled a few accounts and I am slowly getting out of debt.Everyone I have spoken to are helpful and polite.
