I was thinking of dropping out of program because I kept looking at how much the legal fees are and such but I was explained to what the legal fees covered and it totally eased my mind. I was also able to update my mailing address and my budget and all that. The lady was so awesome and pleasant and knowledgeable. We talked about options and things like that and it was very client oriented and great rapport from staff. Greatly appreciated as a client!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!!
