I had to call in to possibly change my payment due date. I was not only helped but advised which dates wouldnt affect any contracts with creditors already in existence. I was assisted by ******* in customer service and then by ***** in the payments department. They were outstanding, especially *****!

Clarity I'm happy with so far friendly explanation are understandable wish this debt consolidation could work a litter faster but I also understand yoyr dealing with business that want there money (which I want them to get paid) ** ******** now the ****** person that contacted me his name might be *** (I'm not sure though he was very rude and kept saying I didn't want to cooperate and that wasn't the case I tried to tell him he actually hung up on me I don't think that person should be working with people if he's your legal ... read more
