My first concern was to make sure I don't get hoaxed, when I was just starting to look for a debt resolution. Clarity is real, don't worry. Overall, it was a good experience, they really helped me out. Clarity did a good job negotiating on my behalf.In the middle of the program, however, Clarity tried to transfer me to some other debt resolution company with what turned out to be a ridiculous APR because my payments were not accumulating fast enough to satisfy the creditors. They actually ANSWER the phone, in personand one agent has called me back to follow up at agreed-upon times, answering my questions honestly and carefully. Debt is nerve-wracking. We feel as though Clarity has our best interest at heart. If we don't call with questions for a while they call us to make sure we are ok with their actions. The initial process is somewhat daunting, but they do care, and they work hard to get your debt lowered. We would not have gotten through our hardship without them.
