Anytime we have a pest problem, our technician, Cyrus is there to take care of it. Cyrus is very personable, knowledgeable and he always has a smile on his face. In general I am very pleased, but lately there is always a different person coming out to the house, and, it may be my imagination, but it seems that some techs do a better job than others. For instance, my house has a lot of spider webs right now, and, although there are usually a few before the next treatment, there are far more than usual. I am pleased with the over-all service, however.
Your serviceman "Rick" does an excellent job and is always cheerful and professional.
Rick Myre does a great job taking care of our bugs. I am always disappointed when I come home and realize that I missed his visit and his smiling face.
The man who comes every other month is very pleasant and does a thorough job.
