I still have the same insect problem that I had when I first called for service. In addition, I've had multiple problems with the actual service people that were supposed to be treating my home, such as being charged when they did not even show up. In addition, they've been very stingy with allocating moth bait/traps in my home, as they told me that they are expensive.
