I have had great experience with the tech's that come out to the house. They are very clean and friendly. So far it seems that everything is going well. One big problem I do have is with management. I have called in twice and told our tech that I wanted to talk to the manager about scheduling. To this day no one has ever responded. When I asked the tech about it his comment was which manager, it sounds like there are to many manager that don't care. The exterminators are always polite and listen to our property needs. They are extremely easy to work with. The office staff is easy to get in contact with and very knowledgable about the schedule and try their best to accommodate the customer. We have used Clark for four years and I do not have one complaint.
