Clark is the best pest service I've worked with. Their phone people are friendly, courteous, and helpful, and most importantly, their technicians (those who come to your house to do the treatment) are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Anthony, my technician, is by any definition, an expert in his field. Combine that with his ability to listen carefully to my needs and to help out in any way he can (same is true with other Clark servicers), and you can't beat it! As long as Ty dose my quarterly service I have no problems. He is an excellent employee. The last time he was off the supervisor filled in for him and it was the worst service I ever had. He never asked if I had any problems and was here for less then 5 minutes. I started to cancell the service at that time but w2asold Ty would be back for my next service. Things are going great now, bu if there are any changes I will be changing also. Sanders Dyson

I had asked to be notified 1-2 days before my service. You had been doing it up to March. March and April I never received an e-mail or text. How am I able to choose another time if I am being notified by the service person 15-20 minutes before he shows up. Also you said I would always have the same service person. I did not realize this had changed until my service in April. It would had been nice to have been notified of this. I was not home when the new guy serviced our house in March. We saw earwigs on the back patio, and my wife found a black widow in our bedroom days after a service! Ironically, right after a price increase. On the plus side, you sent a tech out to re-treat the very next day.
