The technician always comes to the front door to let us know he will be working around the house. When he is done he leaves a report of his work. If there are any findings he directly contacts us to let us know what is found and what can be done to remedy the issue. If I mention any issues he resolves them and/or schedules a follow up if necessary.
The Technician is very knowlegeable and friendly. If I'm home, he reminds that if I have an issue between spraying, to give the office a call because that is included in the service. Gold star!
The only reason I am rating the service is because of the technician we had on our last service of 9/18. Our original one was not working which we were happy about!! The last time he came he didn't show for the first 2 scheduled times. We he did he brought along a rotten attitude. I asked him what happened and he said we were on someone else schedule....makes no sense. He rushed through and did not clear any cobwebs. I watched him drive off without doing the guest house. I originally contacted Clark when I had a problem with wasps. I have now had service for about 2 years. I have had 3 technicians during that time, and each one was friendly, easy to work with, and responsive to anything I pointed out as a problem area. I only see an occasional “pest” in or around the house since having regular service. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors.
Service is great. Personnel are friendly and efficient.
I really appreciated Justin from Clark Commercial to help my section of HOA to mitigate the rat invasion that has been going on for years. He told me his recommendations, reposition the bait boxes in the common area on the outside the patios of our 6 town homes. He did that right away and later I found 2 rats in my patio dead from eating those bait boxes. My Clark Todd came out and picked up the dead rats. I'm super pleased that Clark is working with me and the HOA to address this long standing issue!
