With regard to setting traps, you folks are great. When it comes to exclusions, you seem to be struggling. You've been to my place about 5 times in the past year, and each time you think you have closed off all the spots. Yet within, a few months, the rats are back. I don't know if you haven't found all the access points, or what.

Customer service is top notch. But I never know when they are coming. If I'm not home only the front of my house gets done. Not a big fan of that.
Excellent service, very thorough.
Over the past three months we have had three different technicians. As a result, we have to identify areas of concern to each one of them. Waste of our time. The company changes technicians without any notices to us. Three Stars are given simply because the technicians do the work.
My service rep is soooo nice and always does a GREAT job !!
