Overall, service is good. Items that we are still having problems with, after talking with the technician are: Rats. Apparently, the rat station was taken away and I was not aware of this. The next time the technician showed up, I told him about the increase in rats. The technician told me he took the bait trap away without telling me. He did replace it with another trap but no rats have been caught yet. Second, spiders. The webs appear on bushes throughout the yard and there are a couple of black widow webs too. James is our technician . He is amazing! Super friendly and does a fantastic job! Wee we almost left Clark pest control because they changed James’s route. But because or us almost leaving they let us have him back! We couldn’t be happier. We never have any issues. Thank you James and Clark pest control!

Benny is always friendly and does a great job. We haven't seen an ant in the house since he's been doing our service. Clark and Benny are highly recommended!!
