Generally I am satisfied with the service I’ve received for many years.The service people I’ve spoken with have been pleasant and professional. I have been less satisfied with the increasing service cost. The last few visits I have not received paper invoices and I’ve had to call to get the address since it is nowhere on the email invoice.
I like the fact that I get calls the day before letting me know that the technician will be out the next day. This is VERY important to me as I keep my gate locked and in order for him t have access to my back yard, I need to know what day he'll be arriving. Also, sometimes I have him spray the inside of my garage and I always try to be home as to give him access. The technician has always been cordial and accommodating.
They are always friendly! I have only had to call them out on non-service months a few times. When I have, they have been prompt to get out right away.
Don is always on time each session, friendly notification of being on th the property and always states if there are any strange infestations.

Everything is fine except I still find lots of webs. I know it's just this time of year but overall I'm satisfied with the service and know that you are there if I ever need anything.
