Seldom see an ant or other insect in my home. On the rare times it does happen, Clark responds quickly and eliminates the problem.

I have been with you over 3 years and have been serviced by 8 to 10 different people. That is what really bothers me. I liked the job Oscar did and called to find out if he was my new tech. I was told he would be here July 1st, not true, Jesse showed up. I liked Jesse too, but will he continue in my area? This is probably the only reason why I would change service vendors.

Technician arrived on time. I did not hear her leave (she may have knocked on the door and I didn't hear her) but I would have appreciated knowing what she found (I mentioned mice activity) or whether she needed to replace bait in the 3 bait boxes. Also, it's amazing that I was able to get this email but for the last two services I did not get an email remainder re upcoming service and had to call to verify that service was scheduled and lock in a time.
