Bugs are pretty much always kept away, but your response time was very fast the couple of times I've needed a call back. The technicians have always been pleasant.

Your representative was courteous, friendly and skilled, as I saw him going around the entire house checking and spreading the needed sprays to keep away insects. I told him about the snails in the front garden and the moths in the house, which he responded to, but the one thing I forgot to ask: we have a palm rat which had been under the house and is now outside. Does Clark Pest Control deal with such vermin? (The kit I purchased to deal with it has not worked to date.) Just curious.
