Not sure she got my point, I just wanted some type of heads up when to expect them. Perhaps email or text day before
David was assigned to our case and always helped in every way/ Very happy to see him come. This year I have gotten a couple of the field cockroaches so am waiting for next time he comes to perhaps put some bait out. It would be a nightmare to fight time off again. If I do ever cancel it would be for increase in my bills that I have control over

Needed an extra service because of increasing number of bugs and they came right out and took care of it for us. Very professional.
The initial service is great. They take care of all concerns at that point. Unfortunately, the visits that take place after that lack the attention to detail. Seems like the technicians are in a rush to get done. Customers should not have to point out deficiencies once the job is complete, especially when we can’t be home to point out those issues upon the job being complete. They are, however, always on time when they say they are and communicate well as to when they’re going to be there.
