Excellent. My exterminator,Patrick is above and beyond.His service is at the top of his game .His courtesy is out standing knowledge is very broad and he's always willing to educate on bugs . I can tell he really has a passion for customer service .

The spraying has kept spiders, fleas & other insects at bay... exactly what I wanted.
They did a good job
Generally OK except for my ornamental conifers in the front yard. They seem to be beset with spider mites. One tree has already died. One of your service guys knew that once they were sprayed, a return was required in about 2 weeks to get whatever hatched the 2 weeks prior. To be fair, I have not let you guys know about the mites. Everything else seems to be satisfactory, but some special attention needs to be paid to my ornamental conifers.
So far, our person has been here as outlined friendly we love him. I wish I could remember his name right now.
I have nothing to tell. Kyle showed up did a fine job and left.
