I'm not sure if this is just for the last visit or for all the visits. The service as a whole has been very satisfactory. There was only once when I sent a message saying no one had come for quite a long time...there was no reply but someone did come spray a few days later. I think they come from outside of town now.
Our guy comes as promised and it has improved the problem
