Each technician who has serviced my home has consistently listened to my concerns and taken actions to allay my "pest" concerns. They have also been very responsive to special situations that have come up.
My service provider, Brent, is awesome! Couldn't be a more friendly, knowledgeable, and willing partner in our pest treatment plan. We are experiencing an issue with this "lovely" little bug called a Springtail and it's going to take a lot of time to kill their nests as they don't always migrate above ground.
